The importance of making new employees feel valued and respected right from the start cannot be overstated. Prioritizing onboarding fosters a sense of engagement, inclusion, and belonging, setting both new employees and the organization up for success. In this webinar, we will explore how to develop inclusive and effective onboarding experiences that support diverse teams to thrive. We will also share the difference between orientation and onboarding, best practices for a successful program, and tips for virtual onboarding. As part of this webinar, viewers will begin designing their own 90-day onboarding process.
