Many leaders quietly struggle with imposter syndrome, especially during transitions, promotions, or in high-visibility roles. This webinar explores how self-doubt shows up in leadership, the hidden beliefs that drive it, and a few practical ways to lead with more grounded confidence. Participants will leave with a fresh perspective, some useful reframes, and tools to recognize their strengths, navigate uncertainty, and support others through similar challenges. This webinar is aimed at both leaders who are feeling imposter syndrome, as well as people who lead or supervise teams. Board members are also welcome to attend.
