Our Approach

TREC honors the intense commitment, labor, and skill required to work toward the betterment of our world. It is the gifts, tenacity, and vision of leaders at all levels in the movement that makes our work possible. We believe in the criticality of inclusive, holistic, and comprehensive leadership development. Our experience tells us that when leaders have the space and time to develop themselves, organizations thrive, our networks strengthen, and our impact multiplies.
