Description

What’s the hardest part of leading a team? For many of our clients, the answer is clear: supervision.

Over the years, TREC has offered a variety of high-impact supervision trainings. Now, for the first time, we’ve combined all of our experience—along with up-to-date research and content—into our most comprehensive program yet: Supervision Essentials I.

What You Can Expect

Earn your TREC Supervision Certification and leave this three-part virtual training with a strong foundation in the essential practices and skills every supervisor needs to succeed. Through TREC’s practical tools, ready-to-use templates, and real-time practice with peers, you’ll build both confidence and fluency in:

  • Setting clear expectations and fostering mutual accountability
  • Delivering and receiving effective feedback
  • Strengthening self-awareness as a leader
  • Making sound decisions and delegating effectively
  • Navigating and solving workplace challenges

Participants must be able to attend all three sessions of the workshop series to qualify for Certification.

Who this is for

  • Participants must currently supervise at least one person
