Connect with your peers and TREC’s consulting team to share, explore, and resource each other in these rapidly changing times.
In the one-hour drop-in sessions, we’ll have time with the full group to understand and share current challenges and to explore strategies that can support organizational impact and team wellness. We also plan to have small, affinity group discussions to dive deeper into your current experiences and how you are doing as a leader.

TREC’s ED Roundtables are an opportunity for you to delve into topics with your peers:
- How to lead in and through uncertainty
- Exactly what do the recent executive orders in the USA mean and how do they affect your organization? How are these impacting the Canadian landscape and dialogue?
- How is this impacting you personally and the well-being of your team?
- What are the primary risks and issues you are seeing now and in the future?
- What strategies can we share and consider to mitigate risks and ensure the ongoing impact and health of our organizations?
