Operations Manager
Pamela Spiess (she/her) is TREC’s Operations Manager, supporting internal operations as well as developing and improving TREC’s virtual programming. Since 2020, Pamela has devoted her conscientiousness and keen eye for administrative and operational process to improve service to client partners as well as optimizing TREC’s overall performance. With a passion for TREC’s mission, Pamela centers loving accountability and joy in her work, committing to the positive experience and growth of herself and her team through collaboration, trust, and feedback.
Outside of TREC, Pamela is an accomplished freelance makeup artist, who has a decade of experience honing her craft from glam and bridal, to face painting and spookier renderings. She has even worked on the set of a few prominent movies and TV shows! Pamela loves true crime, reading fiction, and diving into the latest binge worthy series.
In her free time, Pamela treasures centering culture and tradition with her big Hispanic family as well as making memories doing outdoor activities like camping and beach days with friends.
