Stories to Inspire Action: BIPOC Experiences in the Environmental Field

Join TREC and industry leaders for a facilitated panel discussion on racial and ethnic diversity in the environmental field. Workplace fairness and D.E.I. continue to increase as a priority for environmental and conservation non-profits, but many leaders are still working to define their vision for a fair and equitable workplace, especially when it comes to racial and ethnic diversity. Andrés Jimenez, Executive Director of Green 2.0, Yamina Nater-Otero, Co-Director of the Ray Fellowship program, and Anna-Liza Badaloo, Vision 2030 Associate at Sustainability Network and founder of Anemochory Consulting, will share stories about how the U.S. and Canadian environmental non-profit field is changing, and what organizational leaders can do to create an inclusive and fair culture for B.I.P.O.C. employees, for the benefit of all.
