We’re living and leading in a liminal space—the doorway between what was and what will be. It can feel like everything, everywhere, all at once: disrupted routines, destabilized assumptions, and rising discomfort, doubt, even cynicism.
In this interactive webinar, we’ll consider our own individual experiences the “in-between” and what it means to practice liminal leadership, the work of guiding others (and ourselves) through uncertainty while holding multiple, sometimes opposing truths. Together, we’ll name what’s shifting, discuss ways to build our capacity to stay grounded in the unknown, and practice leadership moves that help groups shift from fear to curiosity, from either/or thinking to both/and, and from needing to have answers to cultivating a beginner’s mind.
During our time together, we’ll explore:
- How disruption, destabilization, and discomfort show up in our work
- The hidden labor of holding things steady in uncertain times
- The potential gifts of liminal spaces—generative, liberating, communal, and even hopeful
- Practical ways to strengthen your relationship to uncertainty and lead with both agility and care
