Thinking about leaving an organization is a big step for an Executive Director (ED) or organizational leader. This checklist is designed to help a leader prepare and anticipate what might be needed to support a smoother transition. While it is designed to be used before an ED discloses their intention to leave, it is still very useful for anyone at any stage of a transition.
