Nailah Blades (she/her) joined TREC in 2023 as a Senior Consultant and an experienced leadership program facilitator and coach.
As a coach and consultant, Nailah’s work centers on her belief that when we stand in the truth of our authentic selves, we can live and lead in a way that creates real change in our world. She’s spent the last decade supporting leaders to create vibrant personal and professional lives as well as consulting with organizations on how to create inclusive organizational cultures. She earned her Master’s in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and holds a Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Southern California.
In addition to her professional work, Nailah sits on the board of directors for the YMCA of Northern Utah and is a member of the steering committee for Every Kid Outdoors under the Utah Governor’s Division of Outdoor Recreation.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the mountains near her home in Salt Lake City, UT, reading cozy mystery novels, and travelling with her husband and kids.
