Kellie’s (she/her) work with TREC focuses on building the capacity of organizations to establish, operationalize and sustain work centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Kellie brings 20 years of experience in training and consulting in leadership and board development, systems design and evaluation. Kellie believes in the importance of connection, authenticity and accountability to drive transformational change. Kellie holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Washington and is certified as a racial justice trainer. Kellie has led equity initiatives in various organizational contexts from healthcare and education to conservation and juvenile justice. Kellie is a poet, mixed media artist and macaroni and cheese aficionado. Whatever the context, Kellie looks at training and consulting as a unique opportunity to help organizations align with their mission, and continuously improve service to their communities.
