Financial Management Specialist
Sheilani Alix (she/her) joined TREC as a part-time Financial Management Specialist in 2023. Sheilani brings a wealth of experience that includes budget management and reporting, business planning, as well leadership within health maintenance organizations (HMOs), government, and nonprofit organizations.
Sheilani is passionate about building the skills, knowledge, and influence of BIPOC communities in the financial space. Sheilani has served as Board Treasurer for Filipino Advocates for Justice (Oakland-based nonprofit), as well as co-facilitating nonprofit finance workshops with CompassPoint.
Outside of work, Sheilani loves travel, music and soaking in “the warmth of the island sun on my face!”
