This is the third in the 3 part workshop series! Progress towards change can often feel nebulous or indistinct, while clear results take time—sometimes years—to emerge. We’ll discuss the pitfalls, opportunities, and healthy limits of Change Team responsibilities, and how to ensure your organization can move forward resiliently in its DEI work.
Each workshop is 2 hours long and will include activities such as small group breakouts, collective analysis of pitfalls and case studies, and opportunities for planning and peer feedback. All participants need to have attended or viewed the recording of TREC’s Change Team Webinar on February 17th before attending this workshop series, and should expect to spend approximately 1 hour of independent preparation for each session.
