This is the second in the 3 part workshop series where you will focus on understanding your organization’s current culture and practices is essential for strategically developing your DEI goals, benchmarks, and plans. You’ll learn how to develop a useful baseline assessment, start developing a baseline tool for your organization, and practice interpreting baseline results.
Each workshop is 2 hours long and will include activities such as small group breakouts, collective analysis of pitfalls and case studies, and opportunities for planning and peer feedback. All participants need to have attended or viewed the recording of TREC’s Change Team Webinar on February 17th before attending this workshop series, and should expect to spend approximately 1 hour of independent preparation for each session.
