This is the first in the 3 part workshop series where participants will root into their “why” for equity, strengthen their understanding of what Change Teams might accomplish, orient to the tools and support needed for successful Change Teams, and develop plans for their organization’s Change Team launch.
Each workshop is 2 hours long and will include activities such as small group breakouts, collective analysis of pitfalls and case studies, and opportunities for planning and peer feedback. All participants need to have attended or viewed the recording of TREC’s Change Team Webinar on February 17th before attending this workshop series, and should expect to spend approximately 1 hour of independent preparation for each session.
