Would you like to spend less time addressing personnel issues and more time focusing on your work in the world? Learning how to create a foundation of clear expectations and mutual accountability is one of the most powerful and least frequently utilized practices that will set you and your staff up for success. We’ll also explore the impact of reducing assumptions and uncertainty, and share how simple, pragmatic tools like workplans and regular standardized check-ins empower both you and your staff. If you’ve been a supervisor for decades or less than a year, this webinar will help you and your team operate with greater clarity, trust, and accountability.
All webinars in the Supervisors Training Series will start with a 60-minute webinar followed by a 30-minute interactive breakout session. In the breakout sessions, you, as a participant, will have the opportunity to dive deeper into the session content with a small group of attendees—discussing your challenges and opportunities, and answering questions. TREC team members will facilitate breakout sessions.
Breakout sessions are optional and not a requirement for attending the webinar. The breakouts will not be recorded. Webinar attendance is limited to the first 100 participants who log in.
