Planning for Organizational Sustainability

 

Keeping your organization focused, effective, and delivering on your mission is core to your work- and the planning required to keep everything moving is critical. In this session, you will learn how to look ahead using your budget and financial statements to ensure sustainability and effectiveness. We will share a program planning matrix, which can be used to align staff, program, and funding. We will talk about how to use this, along with scenario planning, as you consider plans to expand or contract. In addition, we will discuss how to work with your Board on these important topics, including financial and program planning, for the long-term health of your organization.
