The most significant learning for me [from the Women in Leadership Forum] has been in my approach to conflict, particularly with my male colleagues. As one who typically avoids conflict, the concept of approaching conflict as an opportunity to invest in and strengthen a relationship has been very powerful. I love the approach: “assume innocence, be curious, lean into it.”
