STEP exceeded my expectations and was a tremendous learning experience for me. I know more about myself, the people I work with, and those I come up against, and I now know how to use that knowledge to my advantage. TREC gave me the chance to compare my personal situation to others…. I now have friends in TREC staff who I feel comfortable calling on when I need guidance.
