How feedback is delivered (and received) is as, or possibly more, important than what is communicated. If feedback is given effectively and clearly, it is much more likely to result in lasting change. This resource provides an overview of how to give and receive feedback effectively. While the resource focuses on delivering feedback to Executive Directors, these strategies are practical for all feedback situations.
