Cyndi’s work is focused on leadership development and organizational capacity building providing training, coaching and consulting services through a variety of forums and modalities. Cyndi has been with TREC since 2010 and has brought her passion for supporting leaders in developing resilience individually and in their organization to all aspects of her work. Cyndi has over 30 years of hands-on experience in organization and leadership development including organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, change and transition, team and group effectiveness, and organizational design and has conducted her work in the public and private sectors. Her past work has included positions in a strategic alliance of social justice organization capacity builders, a global leadership and human resource consulting firm, senior faculty for Trauma First Aide, and a multinational medical diagnostics company. Cyndi is a certified professional coach, a member of National Training Laboratory’s Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, and a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She holds a MS in Human and Organizational Development from American University, and an MS in Medical Microbiology from the University of Minnesota. Cyndi moved to Portland, Oregon in late 2016 after 14 years in Santa Fe. She is reveling in getting back into kayaking after living in the high desert and exploring hiking trails and waterways in the Pacific Northwest.
