As the climate crisis intensifies, we as change-agents must learn how to move through difficult feelings like grief, disappointment, anger, and frustration to prevent illness and burnout. To do this, our communities require spaces where people can show up authentically, share honestly, feel heard, practice tools, and receive collective support.
Good Grief Network is a nonprofit organization that helps people collectively process our painful feelings surrounding the realities of our time and (re)inspire meaningful action. In this webinar, Good Grief Network will discuss the importance of emotional processing for intentional, imaginative movement building, and share about their 10-Step Program for building resilience and empowerment in chaotic times. We will also offer tools to cultivate community resilience.
*This webinar is made possible by the generous support of Wilburforce Foundation and is offered free of charge.
