You may have heard that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work is a journey or an ever-evolving path. It’s true, but only marginally helpful. You still have to figure out where and how to take the first step, or the fiftieth step. In this webinar, Kellie Richardson and Vanessa Elena López will introduce the concept and practice of an internal DEI change team. These teams are comprised of current employees who create guideposts and steps along the path to meet organizational equity and inclusion goals. They may also be supported by an internal or contracted DEI manager.
